Thank you for shopping at Yacht Devices Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Yacht Devices is here to help.


You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 15 days have gone by since your item was been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a return, refund or exchange. Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • item is unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • item is in the original packaging;
  • item has the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping costs related to initial purchase, if applicable, are non-refundable;
  • you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance and exchange.

Sale items

Sale items or items purchased through special offers cannot be returned nor can refunds be made.
